Friday Fashion Finds

Christmas is quickly approaching and I’m almost done buying gifts for everyone. The streets are busy, and people are rushing to finish their shopping. I think it’s around this time of year we realize how important it is to spend time with our loved ones, and appreciate the time we have together. I’m going to my parent’s house for the next five days to celebrate with family and spend time with my closest friends. I can’t wait.

Hilltop Dining

On Sunday my sisters and I hosted a birthday brunch for my mom at Orange Hill Restaurant in Orange County. It was a milestone birthday, and we wanted to make it special since she is always doing so much for us. We invited 12 of her closest friends and made it a “ladies only” event, and ate and drank champagne for most of the day. The restaurant had an amazing view and patio overlooking all of Orange County. It was a success!20121008-085217.jpg20121008-085244.jpg20121008-090435.jpg20121008-085252.jpg

In the Business of Beauty

Over the years I have tried numerous beauty products that claim to soften, smooth, and protect my sensitive skin. I do like to switch up my beauty routine and try new products, but there are some products that I cannot get rid of. These products keep my skin soft and bright, long hair shiny and healthy, eye lashes protected, and nails from chipping.

Nailed It!

Nail art has recently become a fashion accessory that keeps getting more elaborate. For Fall 2012 we saw a lot of nail trends on the runway and on the street. I love getting creative with manicured nails, and it adds final touches to any outfit or event!

Friday is finally here, and I can’t wait for the weekend! I wasn’t impressed with any of the 4th of July sales that I attended, but did love some of the new merchandise and designer collections that weren’t on sale (isn’t that how it always goes!). Here are some of my favorite purchases from this week!
